Jumeirah is set to build a new luxury Jumeirah Hotel at the planned Beetham Tower on London's Southbank. The Beetham Tower will be a 180 meter high, slender glass landmark standing next to the Thames River.

The planned observation deck of the hotel will be 45 meters higher than the well-known London Eye and promises spectacular views over the river and the city. This is not Jumeirah's first project in London, as they already manage the Jumeirah Carlton Tower and the Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel.  The hotel will offer 261 luxury rooms and suites, as well as a ballroom and other smaller venues which could be used for meetings and events.

Luxury company Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced that their new luxury residences will be on show from today. These are no ordinary homes though. They are aboard a luxury cruise ship and there are only 112 available.

The ship will circumnavigate the globe, spending more than 250 days a year at new and exotic locations. Stops are also scheduled for major world events, such as the Rio Carnival, the Monaco Grand Prix, the British Open Championship and the London Olympics.
